Head Chef Wanted – Join us in developing a unique German gastro concept

Do you have a passion for cooking, leadership, and creating new flavor experiences? We are now looking for an engaged and creative Head Chef who wants to help develop our modern German gastro concept.

Your responsibilities:

Lead and distribute tasks in the kitchen.
Work actively in daily production.
Ensure high food quality in collaboration with the management team.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience as a head chef, sous chef, or in another leading role in a restaurant kitchen.
Is a confident leader who inspires and builds strong teams.
Has a genuine interest in cooking and menu development.
Is creative, structured, and solution-oriented.
Has good knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
Is responsible for ingredient handling, hygiene, and self-control measures.
Introduces, motivates, and develops kitchen staff.
